Fixed-price, fixed-timeline engagements from Amysoft Digital Technologies. Production builds from $15K, platform engagements from $50K. You leave with the repo.
Pricing
Two engagement shapes. Both fixed-price, both fixed-timeline. Both end with the codebase in your hands.
Production Build — from $15,000
4–6 weeks. For SMBs and ops-heavy teams.
A working application against a real problem: internal tools, customer portals, lightweight LLM workflows, dashboards and reporting against your own data. We scope it once, agree on the surface area, and ship it.
Best when: you have a workflow that doesn’t fit off-the-shelf, you need real auth and real data, and you want it production-quality from day one — not a prototype that becomes technical debt.
Platform Engagement — from $50,000
8–16 weeks. For technical founders and growing product teams.
Multi-tenant platforms, agentic LLM orchestration, integrations across legacy systems, SSO and RBAC, observability baked in. Scoped per project after a free assessment.
Best when: the build has more than one stakeholder, more than one data source, or more than one tenant — and you need the architecture decisions made by people who will sign their name to them.
What every engagement includes
- 100% source-code ownership. Repo handed over at delivery. No license fees, no platform tax, no vendor lock-in.
- Your stack, not ours. TypeScript, PHP, Ruby, Python, or .NET — chosen for your team’s context.
- Real engineering from day one. Tests, CI/CD, observability, CSP, typed end-to-end.
- 30 days of post-launch support. Bugs we caused, we fix. Free.
- No retainers. No standing fees that bill whether we’re working or not.
After launch
We’re not a retainer studio, but day 31 isn’t the end of the relationship. Common follow-on work, all scoped as fixed-price sprints:
- Feature sprint — a new module, integration, or workflow on the existing app. Typically 1–3 weeks.
- LLM feature add — retrieval, structured generation, or agent workflow against your existing data. Typically 2–4 weeks.
- Observability audit — performance, error tracking, and uptime hardening pass. Typically 1 week.
- Stack handoff — runbook, onboarding, and pairing with your in-house engineers when you’re ready to bring it home.
Each is quoted before it starts. None recur automatically.
How fixed-price actually works
We define the scope before the contract — a written statement of work that names what’s in, what’s out, what we’ll deliver, and what you’ll see at each checkpoint. New asks during the build are real (they always are), and we handle them as scoped change orders, not surprise invoices. The price you sign for is the price you pay.
Why this, not the alternatives
- vs. traditional agencies. Agencies bill hourly and price the unknown by padding it. We price the known and write the unknown into the contract.
- vs. hiring in-house. A senior engineer is a 6–9 month hire at $180K+ all-in. A scoped build ships in weeks. When you do hire, the repo and the runbook are waiting for them.
- vs. waiting until next quarter. The cheapest version of every build is the one that ships before the problem compounds.
